Rentoudu ja uusiudu joogaten ja luonnossa liikkuen.Tervetuloa viettämään rentoa ja uudistavaa laatulomaa 13.-18.10. 2024 joogaten ja luonnossa liikkuen! Suosittu retriittipaikka on Villa Sunshine, joka sijaitsee Frigilianan ja Nerjan välisessä kauniissa laaksossa, Costa del Solilla Espanjassa.
Tämän loman aikana sinulla on mahdollisuus osallistua täyspainoiseen aamujoogaan (Hatha) auringon nousua ihaillen sekä alkuillan hieman rentouttavampaan joogaharjoitukseen (Yin- ja Restoratiivinen jooga).
Päivän aikana voit levätä riippukeinussa tai altaan äärellä lukien tai kuunnellen, pulahtaa tai jumpata uima-altaassa, kävellä ja tanssia puutarhassa tai lähipoluilla sekä nauttia erilaisista hieronta-ja kasvohoidoista. Teemme retkiä vuoripoluille, joissa myös meditoimme ja teemme hengitysharjoituksia korkealla, huikeiden
maisemien ympäröimänä. Retriitillä sinulla on mahdollisuus todelliseen uusiutumiseen joogasta ja luonnon harmoniasta ja kauneudesta nauttien, harjoittaen lempeästi hyväksyvän tietoisen läsnäolon taitoa – mikä on avain uudistumiseen ja tasapainoon, onnellisuuden tilaan.
Relax-Renew-retriitille mahtuu mukaan max 10 henkilöä, vielä on tilaa muutamalle. Tähän hintaan kuuluu tukeva ja herkullinen brunssi sekä auringonlaskun aikaan
täysipainoinen kasvisillallinen, johon lisämaksusta saa tilata lihaa ja kalaa. Päivisin tarjolla hedelmiä.
Hieronta- ja kasvohoidot maksetaan erikseen. Majoitus kahden hengen viihtyisissä
